Scan a supplier invoice and the items land here automatically, or add your first item by hand.
Saved on this device only. Prices update automatically when you rescan an invoice with the same item name and supplier.
How to use this in your kitchen
- 1Start from Invoice Scanner after each big order, or tap Add item to enter a pack by hand (name, supplier, pack qty, unit, pack price).
- 2Use search when you need a cost mid-prep. Cost per unit is what you trust for recipes, not the case price on the invoice.
- 3Open History on any item that moved. A red up arrow means the supplier raised you; decide whether to reprice the dish.
- 4Export CSV when you want a backup or to share numbers with the owner. Data stays on this device until you export.
- 5Done is every staple ingredient listed with a current pack price and unit cost. Buyers and owners use this sheet to see real food cost, not guesses.
